University-Related Service

• At Singapore Management University, I am a member of the School’s promotion and tenure committee.
  

• For four years, I was a board member of Ghent University’s research council that decides on research funding allocation across human and behavioral sciences (psychology, economics, law, political and social sciences, liberal arts).
  

Research-Related Service

• I serve in the editorial board of Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology. I am also an editorial board member of Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior, International Journal of Selection and Assessment, Human Resource Management, and Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology. In the past I was book review editor of the International Journal of Selection and Assessment.
  

• I am the Belgian ambassador of the Academy of Management (HR Division).
  

• I was Program Committee Member of the Annual Conference of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022), I.A.A.P. Conference (Organizational Psychology Division, 2006), EJPA Conference (2009), PHRRG Conference (2010), and ENESER (2014) conference.
